All rooms are En-suite and are furnished to a high 4 Star Standard with excellent en-suite facilities have Tea & Coffee facilities, Telephones, Hairdryers, and the Hotel has Broadband WiFi available for guests.
 

Standard Rooms have a cosy feel to them and all face to the front of the Hotel or the Hotel Gardens. Most Standard Rooms are 2nd floor Attic Rooms with the roof of the building featuring in some of the rooms (these may not be suitable for very tall people). Double Beds are 4ft 6” wide. Additional z-beds are not possible for these rooms

Classic Rooms are all Larger Rooms with King Size 5ft Beds. All face to the front of the building overlooking the River Garry and Mountains Beyond. An additional z-bed is possible in some of the Classic Rooms at an additional charge of £37.50 per night inc. breakfast - please enquire with Reception.

Master Double Room - the ‘Master’ is a large Double Room with 6ft Sleigh Bed, Double aspect windows to the River Garry and Mountains beyond. The room has a seating area, dressing table and large Walk-in Shower en-suite.

Ben Tee Rooms - these are two interconnecting rooms with private corridor and bathroom facilities. The rooms can be set out as either 2 twin rooms or one twin and one double room. They sleep upto a maximum of 4 persons and are ideal for either a family or small group who are happy to share a bathroom.

Baby Cots can be provided free of charge with blankets - please ask Reception at time of booking as they need to be reserved.

          Twin Rooms have 2 x single 3ft wide beds.   Double Rooms have one bed for two people sharing.
