They were excellent, from the young lady at the front desk to the staff dealing with bar meals. Friendly, professional and efficient. It was a difficult day for my aunt as we had taken my uncle to hospital in Fort William, so I am delighted that the people we met at Invergarry were so welcoming. Nov 2006: Tom: we only stopped for a coffee en route, but the fire was blazing and Suzy was so welcoming we decided to stay! Gordon bought us tea and ensured we were comfortable and then Tommy the dog laid at our feet and we realised the Invergarry hotel was like an open home. Steak and ale pie delicious, as was the pate. I will recommend the hotel to friends and am sure the changes are going to make this a favourite location for many visitors in the future.....just some of the personal touches that make this hotel such a welcoming place in the highlands

Nov 2006: Caryn: Sometimes one finds a place that will always be remembered, but there’s not often places we know will instantly form a lifelong fond memory. The welcome was warm and the place inviting, but it is the attention to detail that sets this place above the rest. I don’t think it is beacuse this is the beginning for Nigel, Suzy, Gordon & Debbie, I think their good nature with people and commitment to making this place an experience, not just a stop-over, is what will characterise this place decades from now, and will make the hotel an indispensable part of a trip to the Highlands. Your excellence will be rewarded.
