Invergarry Hotel Booking Conditions: (Updated following COVID19 to add flexibility to our customers & applies to all new direct bookings made from 22/04/20 )
Rates are per room, per night.
In order to confirm your booking, we will require card details . For a booking to be accepted, card details must be valid for the whole duration of your stay.
Cards accepted : Visa / Mastercard / Amex
We will confirm your booking by email. Any bookings without a written confirmation from the Invergarry Hotel will not be seen as valid.
Children under 2 years of age must be advised to the Hotel at the time of booking and may stay free of charge, Cots are available for hire including bedding.
All persons 2 yrs old and above are charged for and maximum room occupancy is detailed on each room type. Should you arrive with additional persons you may be refused access to your room without refund, so please advise the Hotel in advance.
Parties wishing to book 3 rooms or more per stay must contact the hotel directly as terms and conditions will be bespoke. The full accommodation amount will have to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. We do not accept stag or hen parties.
We do not accept Pets. Guidedogs only
You may cancel or transfer your reservation free of charge up to 8 days prior to your arrival.
From 9am : 7 days prior to the date of your date of arrival we will charge 100% of the accommodation automatically from your card provided. This is then non refundable and non transferable.
We strongly advise our guests to take out travel insurance against unforeseen cancellation. Exceptions can not be made regardless of circumstance.
For group bookings of 3 or more rooms, our terms and conditions will be handled on a bespoke basis.
Cancellations must be communicated via email on email@example.com , not telephone. Failure to notify us of a cancellation will result on the full cost of the holiday being charged without refund.
COVID19 : We are of course looking forward to welcoming you to the Hotel for your stay. We are practising new procedures to keep all of our guests and our small team of staff safe, adhering to all the Government policies in place.
With this in mind we wanted to advise you of the following Hotel Guest Procedures that give our team extra time to clean and ensure social distancing for your safety :
Check in : 4pm – 8pm : (No late check in’s without prior agreement)
Check out : 10am
Breakfast : 7.30am – 9.30am : all guests are required to book a time slot for a Table. Takeaway Breakfast Rolls can be ordered for swift departures or longer lie-in’s
Lunch : 12.00pm – 2.30pm
Brasserie Evening Meal Service : 6pm – 8.30pm : all guests are required to book a time slot for a Table
Bar / Coffee Service : 12.00pm – 2.30pm & 4pm – 11pm
Please note that table bookings are being issued on a ‘first come’ basis and we would encourage you to book early. Please email the Hotel at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try and allocate a time as close to the time requested as possible : Evening Brasserie, Lunches and Breakfast.
We do not accept pets.
